Pastor Adam. L. Morrison

Adam L. Morrison is a native Floridian, born and raised in Miami. Adam and his high school sweetheart, Nervia, whom he affectionately calls “Gurlfriend,” entered the covenant of marriage and have lived a life of wedded bliss for more than 40 years. They have been with three children: Adam V (Keyandra), Shante’ and Emmanuel. They are also blessed with four grandsons: Kemari, Adam VI, Edward and Elijah.

Elder Morrison surrendered his life to the Lord at the Gospel Worship at Fort Gordon, Georgia in 1994. In 1996, he became a member of Faith Outreach Church in Hephzibah, Georgia under the pastoral care of Founder and Pastor, Bishop Richard B. Peoples and Dr. Janice Peoples. Even though geography has separated them, Elder Morrison has remained under the pastoral care of Bishop and Dr. Janice Peoples through the years.

Elder Morrison accepted a call to the ministry and over the course of 20 years he has grown in a true passion to minister, teach and educate others in love and to exemplify an open and honest relationship with God. His ministry function is to: “Engage, Equip and Empower God’s people to fulfill their divine assignment in life and ministry.” 

Elder Morrison strives to BE a relevant teacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He has a unique teaching style that every generation in the body of Christ can comprehend and appreciate. His transparency while teaching biblical truths and using application of the Word, is intended to provoke the hearers to apply the Word to their daily living. He has served as a men’s ministry leader, Sunday School superintendent and Marriage Maintenance facilitator. 

Elder Morrison also expresses great love and admiration for the covenant relationship he has with the leaders he has submitted himself to for several years, Pastors Jonathan and Stephanie Bryant, founders and Pastors of Faith Outreach Church of Florida, Middleburg, Florida. 

Elder Morrison is a veteran of the United States Army. His career that began in 1984, culminated in retirement in Daegu, South Korea after 24 years of honorable service. Elder Morrison holds a Bachelor of Science in Multidisciplinary Studies from Liberty University. He is currently a Department of Defense Civilian employee and serves as the Disability Program Manager and Alternative Dispute Resolution Coordinator for the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Pacific Region.
